Creating Your Account

Visit connect360.io and click "Request Demo". Fill in your business details including company name, email, and phone number. Our team will verify your information and set up your account within 24 hours.
Business Verification
WhatsApp requires business verification to ensure platform integrity. Prepare your business registration documents, website URL, and business category. The verification process typically takes 2-3 business days.
Account Setup
Once verified, log into your dashboard. Complete your business profile with logo, description, and business hours. Set up your team members and assign roles for proper access control.
First Steps
Dashboard Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main dashboard. Key sections include: Inbox for messages, Templates for creating message templates, Contacts for managing your customer database, and Analytics for tracking performance.
Setting Up Your Profile
Add your business logo (640x640px recommended), business description (up to 256 characters), business category, website, and email. This information appears when customers view your WhatsApp Business profile.
Creating Message Templates
Message templates are required to initiate conversations. Go to Templates section, create a new template with header, body, and footer. Templates must be approved by WhatsApp before use (typically 24-48 hours).
